Financials - how the model works

Our pricing structure is set up to provide the investor with a 6% rental yield, based on a 75% occupancy rate. All rooms are rented inclusive of bills for the convenience of our guests. VH48 charges landlords an annual marketing and management fee of just £750 + VAT - much cheaper than a standard letting agent. We provide our total management, marketing and maintenance services for this price, with no hidden extras. We don't charge for an inventory check as we already have the inventory. We don't charge administration fees for finding new tenants. We like you to get as much of the rental income as possible.

VH48 provides a better service for less, so how do we do it?

We don’t have a high street presence which is a major overhead. Nor do we have an army of letting agents who walk guests around town all day. We deliver a streamlined, efficient service for the benefit of you, the landlord. We-re open for business all day, every day. Our guests can book online with a major credit card, or call our customer service centre whenever they need to. We're at your service for your convenience - not ours.
