Will I make more money?

If they want their apartment cleaned, or to use our laundry services, they only have to ask.

They know that their staff can book apartments with us and be guaranteed high standards and quality of service whether they require accommodation in Bristol or Birmingham, London or Leeds.

Will I get longer voids?
VH48 is specifically designed to reduce voids. It offers guest the opportunity to book accommodation up to 12 months in advance. We offer short term and long term lets. We know that as property investors what you require is that your investment is self-financing. We know there are legions of tenants representing the UK’s mobile work force. Business tourism is a massive market. Many of these people would prefer to stay in an apartment as opposed to a hotel room if their stay is longer than a week or two. We are offering a service that has great appeal, especially to women who can feel trapped in a hotel room.

What if I want to leave?

How do you maintain the apartments?

I have full management with my letting agent, so isn’t my apartment maintained in any case?
Letting Agents manage tenancies - not apartments. Certainly, if something breaks in your apartment they will call a plumber or an electrician. The service we are offering reaches far beyond this. The typical apartment at the end of a tenancy looks like a half eaten box of chocolates… someone else’s chocolates… would you like one? Of course not. VH48 cleans and maintains the apartment at the end of the tenancy. Each apartment is redressed, light bulbs are replaced, and broken inventory is replaced. Scuff marks on the wall are painted out. That’s what we call full management.
